About Winter Garden The all-weather 6' x 10' mosaic mural was partially funded by an Iowa Arts Council grant. Over 200 people participated in its construction, either as donors of broken pottery and other pieces for the , audience, or hands-on participants in the mosaic installation. It was unveiled at the October 1, 2010 Art Walk with Iowa Representative Curt Hansen, Fairfield Mayor Malloy and the owners of Revelations Cafe, who donated the wall space in the walking alley beside their store.
