Tile murals can be framed and hung, installed in the kitchen or bath. Tile borders go around windows, entrances, table tops, showers, bath, ceilings and floors.

Commissions

All murals and borders on this website can be ordered as Kiln-fired tile suitable for installation. I can also work with you, with your desired color palette, a picture you like, or a style of folk art. Commissioned work is $125 a square foot, plus Shipping, and insurance. I prefer to work on 4 by 4 ceramic glazed tile, but I can consider other sizes. Murals are shipped in pieces, with numbered picture, to be installed and grouted on site. Please note that all work is in my own style and contains variations. If you want an exact reproduction there are other artists on the web who will do that for you.

Materials

Framed Tile Murals are painted with enamel on ceramic glazed tile, oven fired, grouted and framed. These pieces are suitable for display as fine art and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. They can be scratched so they are not suitable for installation in areas requiring harsh cleaning.

Tile Installations & Borders are painted with china paint on ceramic glazed tile and kiln fired. These pieces have been installed in kitchens, bathrooms and areas of heavy wear.
